Summer Road Trip, Day 6: Universe

Last time I went to Universal Studios, I think I was about ten.  It has changed a lot, like there are rides.  Jaws, however, still lives there.  We went because of Harry Potter.  Hogsmeade looks like this:

I found the Minions hilarious.  T.R. particularly liked this example of taxidermy from Gru’s house as we were waiting in line.

On the whole, I enjoyed myself, but I don’t see any reason to hurry back.  It’s egregiously expensive.  Disneyland seems like a better bang for buck.

It was Brent’s turn to pick dinner, so we went to Fleming’s Steak House.  I didn’t take any pictures of the food, but here are our drinks.  T. had water, I had some kind of fancy vodka tonic, and Brent’s was bourbon, honey, and a float of pinot noir.  

As a result of aforementioned beverage, I am sleepy!
